If you're having issues with ordering or viewing Pay-Per-View (PPV) programming, make sure you're not over your PPV limit and that you don't have an outstanding account balance. Note: To watch a PPV event on multiple TVs in your home that are connected to different brands of receiver, you may need to order the PPV event through each different programming guide. However, you'll only be charged once for the same PPV event.
