If your Spectrum-issued remote control is lost or damaged, Spectrum will replace it for you.

There may be a charge for replacing your remote. Customers who choose not to replace lost or damaged equipment are still responsible for any outstanding equipment charges.

Note: This fee will be waived if your equipment was lost or damaged in a natural disaster.

Spectrum Store

The easiest way to replace your lost or damaged remote control is to visit a Spectrum Store. If your remote control is damaged or broken, please bring it with you.

Home Delivery

Some Spectrum customers may also qualify to have a replacement remote control delivered by mail. Contact us to learn more about replacing your equipment via home delivery.
