Press the DVR/My DVR button on your remote control.
Navigate to DVR Settings using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
Press the right arrow button to highlight Available Storage and then press OK/Select.
Troubleshooting DVR Storage
Here are some problems associated with having limited available storage on your Spectrum My DVR:
Can't record a program
Scheduled recordings are automatically deleting
Can't schedule a recording
Scheduled recording didn't record
If your available disk space drops below 5% or the estimated scheduled recordings for the next two weeks exceed your available space, the outline for the storage gauge will be red. If the disk space is full, programs not marked to be saved Until I Delete are automatically deleted.
