Forgot Username and/or Password

If you've forgotten your Spectrum username or password, you can reset them.

Note: If you have a Spectrum email account, make sure you use your full username to sign in to your account.
  1. On the Spectrum.net homepage, select Forgot Username or Password?

  1. Choose one of the options listed on the next screen and then select Continue.
  1. Get Username or Get Username and Password: You'll be asked to verify your account by entering an email address or phone number associated with your account or your account number and last name.
  2. Get Password: You'll be asked to enter your username and service ZIP Code.

  1. Enter the required information and then confirm you're not a robot to continue.
  2. To complete the process, you'll be asked to verify your account by text, email or automated call.
  3. Enter the six-digit verification code sent via the communication method of your choice to retrieve your username or change your password.
Note: If you change your Spectrum.net password, you'll need to update your sign-in information to access your Spectrum email, the Spectrum TV app and the TV channel apps. Learn more about changing your password.
