Change Auto Pay Method

  1. Sign in to as Head of Household or Administrator.
  2. From the Account Summary page, select Billing from the navigation menu.

    Note: On mobile devices, find the Billing link under Manage Account.

  3. Choose Manage Auto Pay, and then select Edit Auto Pay Method.

  4. Make any necessary changes to your payment information, including expiration date.
  5. Select Save to confirm your changes.

Note: If you update or change your payment method close to the date your bill is due, your payment may not be processed and you could be charged a late fee. In this case, we recommend that you monitor your bill for accuracy and, if necessary, make a one-time manual payment to avoid late fees. Updated Auto Pay information will take effect by the next billing cycle.

You can make online payments with your checking/savings account or American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.


You can also select Cancel Auto Pay to remove your payment method. This must be completed at least three business days before the scheduled payment date to make sure you aren't charged for your scheduled payment.
