Hearing Solutions

Closed Captioning (CC)

You can choose to display closed captioning (when available) on Spectrum TV, the Spectrum TV App and

You can place calls through the local Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) by dialing 711 from your Spectrum Voice home phone.

Support Videos

When available, you can turn on closed captioning on support videos by selecting the "CC" icon on the bottom-right of the video player.

Virtual Assistant / Live Chat

Our Ask Spectrum assistant is compatible with screen readers and screen magnifiers.
