If you choose to turn Voicemail back on:

  2. Choose Record Personal Greeting to record over your previous greeting.

  • You can activate up to five email addresses to receive Readable Voicemail transcriptions.
  • Voicemail transcription is available in either English or Spanish, based on the caller's language.
  • If you don't want to receive a voicemail transcription at a particular email address, delete that email address from the Readable Voicemail page or turn the feature off.

To record, edit or delete a greeting:

  1. Open Voice Online Manager, then select Settings.
  2. Select Voicemail Settings, then Voicemail Greetings.
  3. Choose Record next to the Greeting Type of your choice and then select Start Recording. Note: Your browser may ask to control your microphone. Select Allow Access to proceed.
  4. When finished, select Stop Recording and then choose Save.
  5. You can select Play to review your greeting.
  6. Choose Save in the Voicemail Greetings page to confirm your changes.

Voicemail PIN

When setting up voicemail, you'll be asked to create a four-digit numeric PIN, which is used to access your messages away from home.

Note: Your PIN can't contain any sequential digits of your phone number, any sequential numbers or more than two repetitive numbers.

To set or change your PIN:

  1. Open Voice Online Manager, then select Settings.
