View Account Overview

If you need information about your account or Spectrum receiver, you can access some account information through Settings & Support in the new Spectrum Guide.

To access your account overview:

 

Account Overview

 

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote, scroll to Settings & Support using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
  2. Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to Account Overview and then press OK/Select.
  3. Press the right arrow to scroll over to Account and then press OK/Select.
  4. Here you will be able to view details about your Spectrum account and equipment, including:
    • Account number
    • TV equipment information
      • Manufacturer
      • Model number
      • MAC Address (serial number)
  5. Highlight OK using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select to close account overview.

 

Review Application Information

 

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote, scroll to Settings & Support using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
  2. Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to Account Overview and then press OK/Select.
  3. Press the right arrow to scroll over to Equipment and then press OK/Select to view Application Info.
  4. Scroll to and highlight OK, then press OK/Select to exit the Application Information screen.

 

Reset

 

Reset Spectrum Guide

If necessary, you may need to restart your Spectrum Guide by selecting RESET DATA to clear memory and reset your system.

To reset data:

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote, scroll to Settings & Support using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
  2. Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to Account Overview and then press OK/Select.
  3. Press the right arrow to scroll over to Equipment and then press OK/Select to view Application Info.
  4. Using the arrow buttons, highlight RESET DATA and then press OK/Select.

 

Reset

 

Refresh Spectrum Receiver

If you are having trouble accessing channels that are part of your subscription, you may be able to fix these issues by refreshing your Spectrum receiver.

To refresh your Spectrum receiver:

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote, scroll to Settings & Support using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
  2. Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to Support and press OK/Select.
  3. Press the right arrow to scroll over to Refresh Spectrum Receiver and then press OK/Select.
  4. Using the arrow buttons, highlight Refresh and press OK/Select to confirm that you want to refresh your Spectrum receiver.
Note: This process can take up to 15 minutes. Refreshing your Spectrum receiver won't affect settings, recordings or previously saved programs. All receivers associated with your Spectrum account will be refreshed.

 

View System Information

To review System Information:

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote, scroll to Settings & Support using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
  2. Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to Account Overview and then press OK/Select.
  3. Press the right arrow to scroll over to System Info and then press OK/Select.
  4. Scroll to and highlight Close and then press OK/Select to exit the system information screen.

You have access to the Terms and Conditions through Settings & Support:

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote, scroll to Settings & Support using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select.
  2. Using the arrow buttons, scroll down to Account Overview and press OK/Select.
  3. Press the right arrow to scroll over to Terms & Conditions and then press OK/Select.
  4. Highlight the onscreen arrow buttons and and press OK/Select to scroll through the Terms & Conditions agreement.
  5. Scroll to and highlight Close and then press OK/Select to exit Terms & Conditions.
