Programming Codes:

Select the manufacturer of your device from the list. The codes will appear below the list boxes.

Not all manufacturer brands listed may be compatible with this remote.

Programming ID Lock

Set Up

After getting the proper codes, use the following instructions to enter them into your remote.

  1. Press and release the button for the device you want to program (e.g TV, Cable Box, VCR).
  2. Press and hold the Setup button until the red LED flashes twice, then release.
  3. Enter the four-digit code for your brand.
  4. You should receive two quick flashes after entering your code.
  5. Press the Power button to test the code (On VCR, LD, and CD players use Play).

Searching For Your Code

If you have attempted all codes for your brand of equipment and the unit will not respond, you may search for the code by following the instructions.

  1. Press and release the button for the device you want to program (i.e., TV. Cable Box, VCR).
  2. Press and hold the Setup button until the red LED flashes twice, then release.
  3. Enter 9-9-1. (The LED should blink twice.)
  4. Alternate slowly between the Power key and the [device] (TV, VCR, CABLE, etc.) button until your device turns off. (VCR, LD, and CD players use Play instead of Power.)

When your device turns off, press the Setup button and release it, to lock-in the code for your device.

Blinking Back The Code

  1. Press the device (TV, VCR, CABLE, etc.) button.
  2. Press and hold the Setup button until the red LED flashes twice, then release it.
  3. Press 9-9-0.
  4. Press 1, then count the number of blinks (1st digit).
  5. Press 2, then count the number of blinks (2nd digit).
  6. Press 3, then count the number of blinks (3rd digit).
  7. Press 4, then count the number of blinks (4th digit).

If the remote does not blink, it means the number is 0. This is your three-digit setup code.

Redefining a Key

  1. Press the device (TV, VCR, CABLE, etc.) button, then release.
  2. Press and hold the Setup button until the red LED flashes twice, then release it.
  3. Press 9-9-2.
  4. Press the device (TV, VCR, CABLE, etc.) key you want replaced.
  5. Press the device key you want to replace.
Example: If you want the audio key to be a TV key: Setup (two blinks) 9 - 9 - 2, TV (you want to move TV). Then Audio (you want to replace Audio).

Clearing Out a Device Key

  1. Press the device (TV, VCR, CABLE, etc.) button, then release.
  2. Press and hold the Setup button until the red LED flashes twice, then release it.
  3. Press 9-9-2.
  4. Press the device button twice. - Two blinks.

Volume Lock

  1. Press and hold in the Setup key until the red light flashes twice, and then release the Setup key.
  2. Enter 9-9-3.
  3. Press and release the device key from which you want volume to be controlled (e.g. Cable).

Channel Control Lock

  1. Press and hold the Setup key until the red light flashes twice, and then release the Setup key.
  2. Enter 9-9-6 (The red light will blink twice after the 6).
  3. Press and release the Channel Up key.

Control Unlock

  1. Press and hold the Setup key until the RED light flashes twice, and then release the Setup key.
  2. Enter 9-9-6 (The red light will blink twice after the 6).
  3. Press and release the Channel Down key.
