If you'd like to receive your bill at a different location, you can edit your billing address on Spectrum.net to notify us of any address changes.


  1. Sign in to your Spectrum account using a Head of Household or Admin username and password.
  2. Hover over My Account and then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll to and select Contact Info, then choose Edit next to Addresses.
  4. When prompted, enter your new Billing Address information and then select Save.
