How to Update Your Billing Address
If you'd like to receive your bill at a different location, you can edit your billing address on Spectrum.net to notify us of any address changes.
- Sign in to your Spectrum account using a Head of Household or Admin username and password.
- Hover over My Account and then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to and select Contact Info, then choose Edit next to Addresses.
- When prompted, enter your new Billing Address information and then select Save.
