If you're a new customer or have never signed in to your account, you should create a Spectrum username and password. This username will allow you to sign in to Spectrum.net and take advantage of our full range of services, including viewing and paying your bill, making changes to your account, and more.

We recommend that you create a strong username and password to protect your valuable information online.

After you've created your first username (the Head of Household), you can add additional users.
