 General Information


To redeem your coupon:

  1. Sign in to as Head of Household or Admin.  
  2. Hover over My Account and then select Billing.
  3. Choose Redeem Your Coupon or Gift from the menu on the right.

  1. When prompted, enter you Coupon/Rebate Number and select Redeem.
  2. You can also view the status of a coupon/rebate and review or print your redemption history.

Note: Coupons can't be redeemed for cash. When entering a coupon for redemption, the system will validate your coupon and apply the necessary credit to your bill. We suggest you print the confirmation screen as a receipt for your records.

Expiration Date

Coupons have an expiration date. We recommend that you redeem your coupon as soon as you receive it to make sure it doesn't expire.

Online Order Bonus Gift

To be eligible for a bonus gift, your original order must be placed online. The bonus gift is a gift card you'll select from a certain list of participating merchants. The amount of your gift card depends on the number of Spectrum services you purchase and will be mailed within four to six weeks after your services have been installed.
