Change or Cancel Service
The following information will help you make changes to your Spectrum account, including transferring or moving service and upgrading your TV package. If you need to cancel service, please contact us.

Moving Your Service
If you're planning to move, visit Spectrum.com to confirm your new address is located in an area where we provide service. You can use our online moving resource to transfer your Spectrum TV, Internet and Voice services to your new address.
Seasonal status allows part-time residents to put their Spectrum TV, Internet and Voice services on hold for a low monthly fee, without the hassle of canceling and then reinstalling service. To find out if you're eligible or to place your account in Seasonal status, contact us.

Transferring Account and Name Change
You can transfer your Spectrum account to another responsible party or change the name on your account under the following circumstances:
- Account name is spelled incorrectly.
- Marriage or legal name change.
- Deceased account owner.

Adding TV Channels, Packages or Service
To add Spectrum TV, Voice or Internet to your current service, visit Spectrum.com.
You can upgrade your TV package by tuning to Channel 2495 or visiting Spectrum.com.
