The instructions below will help you cancel Auto Pay (automatic payments).

Note: You can now pay your bill using the My Spectrum app. Learn more.

To Cancel Auto Pay:

Sign in as Head of Household or Administrator to change your payment settings.

  1. Select My Account from the top of any page, then choose Billing.
  2. From the Billing page, select Manage Auto Pay.

  1. Choose the Cancel Enrollment button.
  2. Select Cancel Auto Pay to confirm.
Note: You must cancel Auto Pay at least three business days before your scheduled payment to avoid being charged for your automatic payment. We recommend that you monitor your bill for accuracy and make all necessary payments promptly to avoid late fees. Updated payment information will take effect by the next billing cycle.
