To manage your email security settings, sign in to your Spectrum Email and select the Settings tab. Then select Account Settings from the menu at the left of your window.

Scroll down until you see Blocked Senders and Safe Senders.

Blocked Senders

This allows you to block messages from individual email addresses or entire domains (the domain is the part of the email address that comes after the @ sign). Enter an email address or domain in the field and select Apply to add it to the Blocked Senders list. You can also remove addresses or domains from the list using the Remove button. Emails from the addresses and domains on this list won't be delivered to your inbox.

Safe Senders

You can make a list of email addresses or domains (the domain is the part of the email address that comes after the @ sign) that will never be treated as junk mail. Enter an email address or domain in the field and select Apply to add it to the Safe Senders list. You can also remove addresses or domains from the list using the Remove button.
