Individual users can manage their own email controls blocking addresses and domains and designating safe senders. Sign in to your Spectrum Email and select the Settings tab. You'll find Blocked Senders and Safe Senders in the Account Settings section:

Blocked Senders

This allows you to block messages from individual email addresses or entire domains (the domain is the part of the email address that comes after the @ sign). Enter the email address or domain in the field and select Apply to add it to the list. You can also remove addresses or domains from the list using the Remove button. Emails from the addresses and domains on the list will not be delivered.

Safe Senders

You can make a list of email addresses or domains (the domain is the part of the email address that comes after the @ sign) that will never be treated as junk mail. Enter the email address or domain in the field and select Apply to add it to the list. You can also remove addresses or domains from the list using the Remove button.
