Note: Spectrum.net email has a storage capacity of 5 gigabytes. If you use a third-party email client (such as Microsoft Outlook) to access your Spectrum.net email, you have the option to "Leave messages on server." Enabling that setting lets you check email across multiple devices. If you do not enable the setting, your messages will not be downloaded from our servers to the email client. No email copies will be stored. However, if you choose to have a copy on our Email server, when the storage limit is exceeded, you may be unable to receive, send, or delete messages. To prevent that issue, sign in to Spectrum.net webmail regularly and delete any unwanted messages.

To ensure that your changes are saved on your mobile device and in webmail, make sure you have entered the proper settings on your mobile device, as seen in this chart.

Spell-Check

Your Spectrum.net email uses your browser's spell-check program. Spell-check automatically identifies misspelled words and underlines them with a red line. You can enable or disable spell-check in your browser Settings.
