We offer an audible TV guide and downloadable video app for customers with visual disabilities. We're committed to providing quality accessibility solutions, and depending on the customer's service location, we'll provide one of the following audible TV experiences:

  • A Spectrum Receiver preloaded with Spectrum Guide Narration, our flagship talking guide solution. Customers can navigate Spectrum Guide with full audible support of Guide, On Demand and Accessibility features (only available in certain locations).
  • A Roku Premiere+ streaming device for use with the Spectrum TV app. Like Spectrum Guide, the Spectrum TV channel for Roku players and TVs comes preloaded with Spectrum Guide Narration, utilizing Roku's Audio Guide text-to-speech screen reader.
