Pay Your Bill

Paying your bill is easy. Simply do the following:

  1. Select Billing under My Account and Sign in.
    (Username must have Head of Household or Administrator permissions.)
  2. Select the Make Payment button on the Billing page.
  3. Choose to Enroll in Auto Pay or Make a One-Time Payment .

View Your Bill

You can view or download your current and past bills online by doing the following:

  1. Select Billing under My Account and Sign in.
    (Username must have Head of Household or Administrator permissions.)
  2. Select View Current Bill on the Billing page to view or download your current bill.
  3. Scroll down the Billing page to the View Previous Statements section to view or download your previous bills.

Recover Username or Password

To recover your username and/or password:

  1. Select Forgot Username or Password on the Sign In page.
  2. Choose Get Username, Get Password or Get Username and Password.
  3. Verify your account information.
  4. Choose a method of verifying your account (text, email or automated call).
  5. Enter the six-digit verification code to retrieve your username or change your password.

Program Your Remote

Programming your remote can be quick and easy.

  1. Choose your remote control from the models shown on the Program Your Remote article.
  2. Select the manufacturer of your device (e.g. TV-Samsung).
  3. Note the remote codes for your device which display below the dropdown. If all codes do not work, try Searching for Your Code .
  4. Follow the programming instructions shown below the remote control.

Use the Spectrum TV App

The Spectrum TV App gives you more choices for watching your favorite programming at no extra charge.

  1. Download the Spectrum TV App.
  2. Go to the iTunes App Store or Google Play on your mobile device, search for Spectrum TV and install the Spectrum TV App.

Note: The Spectrum TV App automatically signs you in as Guest when you're connected to your Spectrum Internet service; however, sign in with your Spectrum username and password for full access.

  1. Tap the Spectrum TV App icon on your device to launch.

Troubleshoot TV Issues

Missing channels, interactive program guide or picture quality issues can be resolved by sending a refresh signal to your Spectrum receiver.

To refresh your Spectrum receiver online:

  1. Select TV under My Account and Sign in.
  2. Select Refresh in the TV Equipment section.

To refresh your Spectrum receiver over the phone using our automated attendant:

  1. Dial (855) 757-7328.
  2. When asked to briefly describe the reason for your call, say "refresh my box."

All Spectrum receivers in your home will be refreshed. This process can take up to 15 minutes to complete and shouldn't turn off or restart your Spectrum receivers. If refreshing your Spectrum receiver doesn’t solve your problem, please review the TV Troubleshooting article located in our Support section for additional options.

Check Your Email

You must sign in before you can access your Spectrum.net email. Your Spectrum username serves not only as your sign in credential, but also as your email address.

  1. Sign in to Spectrum.net.
  2. Select the email envelope icon to access your email.

Reset Your Internet Connection (modem)

Many common Internet issues such as no connection or slow speeds can be resolved by resetting your Spectrum modem and WiFi router.

  1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the modem and remove any batteries.
  3. Unplug the power cord from your WiFi router if used.
  4. Wait 30 seconds, then reinsert any batteries and reconnect the power to the modem.
  5. Wait two minutes to allow the modem to connect. The modem connection lights will be solid.
  6. Reconnect the power to the WiFi router if used and wait two minutes to allow the WiFi router to connect.
  7. Turn on your computer.
  8. Attempt to surf to two web pages to verify connectivity.

Access Your Voicemail

Online:

  1. Sign in to Spectrum.net.
  2. Select the Voice phone icon to access the Voice Online Manager summary page.
  3. Select the play button to play a voicemail or select the right arrow next a voicemail to access the Voicemails page.

From your home phone:

  • Dial your phone number and press *99.

From another phone:

Before Voicemail Upgrade

After Voicemail Upgrade

  1. Dial your 10-digit home phone number.
  2. Press *5 when you hear your voicemail greeting.
  3. Enter your 10-digit phone number.
  4. Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
  5. You will enter the Main Menu.

  2. Press * when you hear your voicemail greeting.
  3. Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
  4. You will enter the Main Menu.

Learn to Use Calling Features

You can manage Spectrum Voice calling features online through Voice Online Manager or by activating and deactivating features using your phone handset.

Online:

  1. Sign in to Spectrum.net to access the Voice Online Manager.
  2. Select the Voice phone icon to access the Voice Online Manager summary page.
  3. Select Settings to make changes to the current settings.

Phone handset:

  1. To activate a calling feature dial * plus the two-digit code to activate.
  2. To deactivate a calling feature dial * plus the two-digit to deactivate.

Watch TV Channel Apps

Many of your favorite TV networks have their own Apps. These TV Channel Apps let you to watch a variety of network programming on different devices.

To Watch on your Device:

  1. Go to the iTunes App, Amazon App or Google Play Store.
  2. Search for TV Channel App network name and Install.
  3. In most cases, you'll need to Sign In to the TV Channel App using your Spectrum.net username and password.
  4. Open the TV Channel App icon on your device to watch programming.

Access Email on Spectrum.net

You must Sign In to access your email through the Spectrum.net homepage. The email envelope is only visible after you Sign In to Spectrum.net.
To access email through the Spectrum.net homepage:

  1. Select the Sign In button at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Enter your Spectrum username and password and select Sign In.
  3. Select the email envelope icon in the upper right corner of the homepage.
